This is easily one of the oldest homes in all of Westmount. I began this painting in the spring of 2021 and was halfway through when I was asked to stop. The reason was that the owners had to repair the roof of the veranda, and they also changed the some of the landscaping of their front garden, so there was a delay — of a year and a half! I really enjoyed painting the chimney bricks and the details above the dormer windows. I am particularly proud of this painting.
